If I am commissioned to draw my own completed character/outfit designs, a 20% discount will be applied for each art commission of the designs

Full background illustration starts at $150 .

Simple backgrounds with geometries and/or simple colors are free.

The price may increase due to character design and pose complexity

Additional props (accessories, weapons, items, etc): $8 - $70

Additional fullbody view: $60 - $80

Additional expression (headshot): $30 / each

Render fee for above: +50% price / each

If you wish to order a set of 5 designs, it will be 10% off for the whole set and any additional design added is 8% off.

I have strength in designing feminine and gender-neutral casual and dreamy fantasy themes

It is optional to follow the template, I am open to customizing the sheet to your request and charging a different price based on it.

For art commissions: We will discuss the content of the commission, so please provide clear visual references of your character(s) and how you would like me to draw them. Then I will draw a rough sketch for you to review the composition, then I will re-sketch and clean it. After the sketch is approved, please pay based on the payment plan that we have agreed upon. Then I will add the base color and start rendering.

For character/outfit design commissions: We will discuss the content of the commission so please provide a clear description (design details, backstory, theme, setting, personality, etc) of your character(s) or outfit(s), any visual reference is STRONGLY recommended, which details you would like to be drawn separately. Then I will draw 3-5 concept sketches based on your description for you to choose from. After a sketch is chosen, please pay based on the payment plan that we have agreed upon and I will resketch and work on the details. Then I will pick out 3-5 color palettes for the design for you to choose from. After that, I will proceed to color.

By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.

Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.

NFT/AI/crypto usage is strictly forbidden.

Unless otherwise stated, you will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes, and provide all image credits to me.

Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

You, the Client, will be expected to first read my TOS and understand my general Commission Prices. You, the Client, will be expected to provide visual materials such as character sheets or existing art as reference for characters that you wish to commission me, I may not accept descriptions/face-claims only for regular art commissions. If you still wish to proceed with the commission without giving any proper visual reference, an amount from $100-$150 fee for a simple custom character design service will be charged as I will provide you with some simple character concept art. For more professional character or outfit design services, please refer to the full character design service, which will be separate from the regular art commission.

You, the Client, will receive 2 free revisions during the sketch stage, 1 revision during the color sketch stage, after that an additional revision will be charged +$10/change.

Any change made due to wrong anatomy compositions, wrong color palette, or lack of provided details are for free!

You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).

You reserve the right to receive a $100 voucher from me for my regular art commission service after your 10th time ordering me (can only be applied for one commission only and does not count towards other commissions)

You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

You are NOT authorized to trace over my Artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

You are NOT authorized to use any rejected concept art and sketch.

Clients who have commissioned and/or received work before this TOS has gone into effect are still bound to its contents.

These clients can include signatures and/or watermarks indicating the Artwork is my intellectual property. Credit in some form is required.

Payment can be 50% AMOUNT AFTER SKETCH - 50% AMOUNT AFTER FINISHED or UPFRONT

Payment method is through Paypal, Western Union and online banking (for Vietnamese currency)

You must show proof of age (18 years or older) to receive sexually explicit art

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only. I do not provide graphic design services.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason. If you wish for the commission to not be posted or to be delayed from posting, please stated first as there is a fee for it. Usually, it’s 10% of the original price.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

I reserve the right to give you a 10% discount per order starting from your 6th time ordering my commission.

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

If you, the Client, wish to order a Commercial commission for digital use only (Ebook, Youtube thumbnail, Patreon, etc.), the price is +100% of the original price.

For physical production (Paperback, merchandise, printing etc.) the price is +200% of the original price.

Character/outfit design commissions' original price does not include commercial rights. Please pay +100% of the original price to be able to use them for commercial purposes.

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards, etc).
